• First install Hxvpn
• Download Hxvpn Here
• Then Put All Config In Config Folder Of Hxpn Installation directory Folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\HxVPN-HSS\config)
• Download Pd Proxy Here
• Connect Pd proxy With Any Above Port 
• Then Connect With Any Config Of Hxvpn 
• Disconnect Both (Pd proxy & Hxvpn)
• Then Simply Connect With Hxvpn
• All Done
